Whatever your level, age or experience, +50FIT trainer Dave Casey can help get you moving and motivated with a holistic approach to long term health and wellbeing.
As a committed and accomplished distance runner, Dave has learnt a lot about endurance and holds firm to the fact that age does not have to become a barrier to fitness. Whether overall fitness is your goal, you're interested in strength and conditioning, you'd like to run or even simply walk the dog a little further, Dave can help.

In addition to his passion and experience, Dave is a fully qualified Personal Trainer with a particular interest in supporting those over 50. He is currently extending his qualifications in the specialism of Outdoor Fitness, and recently qualified in Outdoor First Aid.
